CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING AND USING
OUispeak VOUCHER

• The first case of obtaining a Voucher occurs when an OUispeak Partner invoices an OUispeak CONFERENCE service to one of its Clients. It is understood that this scenario does not take into account the Customers already present in the OUispeak customer portfolio.
• The second case of obtaining occurs when an OUispeak partner puts OUispeak in touch with one of its customers and this end customer accepts and signs an estimate for an OUispeak CONFERENCE service.
• The issue of the Voucher occurs as soon as the Final customer or the Partner has signed an initial quote.
• The voucher is payable and usable by the Partner on the event following the first quote signed by the end customer or the Partner.
• The amount of the Voucher obtained by the Partner is 15% of the total invoice for the service provided by OUispeak for each new customer.
• In the case of the first renewal of service for the same Customer, the voucher obtained by the partner is 5% of the total invoice issued by OUispeak or the Partner. To illustrate our case, let's take the example of a medical congress organized by a Client on the premises of the OUispeak Partner.
• The partner puts OUispeak in contact with the Client and OUispeak's service is retained to provide conference interpretation during this congress. The partner obtains a Voucher of 15% of the invoice issued by OUispeak.
• If the following year, this same congress is organized again on the premises of the Partner and the Partner offers the Customer to renew the services of OUispeak CONFERENCE and this is the solution chosen by the Customer, then the Partner will obtain a new Voucher for 5% of the invoice issued for this OUispeak CONFERENCE service.
• Vouchers are not cumulative. A Voucher is not payable by the Partner following an invoice for an OUispeak CONFERENCE service when the invoice already uses a Voucher.
• Vouchers can be used within 24 months following the signature of the quote triggering the issue of this same Voucher.
